How often are the surplus lines taxes, stamping fees and MWUA nonadmitted policy fees paid?
Taxes, stamping fees and MWUA nonadmitted policy fees are three separate transactions. You must issue three separate checks. Each assessment has a separate lockbox address:
The surplus line taxes are due semi-annually, but can be paid monthly if you so choose. Make your TAX check payable and mail to:

Can we incorporate the tax, stamping fee and MWUA fee into one payment?
The stamping fees are due and payable monthly. A NEW LOCKBOX HAS BEEN SET UP FOR STAMPING FEES. DO NOT MAIL YOU CHECKS WITH THE MONTHLY TRANSACTION REPORT. Make your STAMPING FEE check payable and mail to:

Who do we make the checks payable to and where do we mail them?
The MWUA nonadmitted policy fees are due quarterly, but can be paid monthly if you so choose. Make your MISSISSIPPI WINDSTORM UNDERWRITING ASSOCIATION NONADMITTED POLICY FEES check payable and mail to:

Yes! MSLA now has a lockbox set up to handle your stamping fee payments. Please see the address above in item 2 explaining where to mail your checks only!
