How do we use the old affidavit since it does not have the nonadmitted policy fee information?
MSLA does not confirm policy amounts by the affidavit, but instead we rely on the accompanying dec sheet. The dec sheet should have the policy information needed. Please continue to use the old affidavit as you have in the past.

Our company uses the affidavit to quote and confirm the fees with our brokers, etc. The affidavits will not match the dec sheets if there are windstorm nonadmitted policy fees. Will MSLA reject them?
Again, we understand your concern and will do our best to resolve this issue in the near future. MSLA will not return the affidavit because it does not have the nonadmittted policy fee.
