E-Pay FAQs
Has anything changed from our old way of sending in payments?
Effective November 2014, payments are only accepted electronically. You can now log in SLIP and make electronic ACH payments through E-Pay. E-Pay allows customers to make all payments instantaneous with a click of a button, reducing human error caused by issuing incorrect payments and time deficiencies from remitting payment via postal mail. Through this secured website, you are able to save your bank account information for future use, as well as enter multiple bank accounts if necessary.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST HAVE E-PAY PERMISSION IN ORDER TO MAKE E-PAYMENTS.
Payments submitted before 12 p.m. Central Time (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) will be debited from your account within 3 business days. Any payments made after 12 p.m. Central Time will be debited within 4 business days.
Do I need to provide any instructions to my bank for making an online payment?
If you have a fraud service on your bank account, you will need to provide your bank with the ACH Company IDs.

Mississippi Insurance Department
ACH Company ID: 1646000786

Our office does not charge any fees to make online payments via SLIP. However, your bank may charge a fee for processing ACH transactions and you would need to verify with your bank to confirm.
